1. Pre-Order Items

Molla Milan will provide updates if there are any significant delays.

3. Payment

Full payment is required to confirm a pre-order unless stated otherwise. Orders will only be processed once payment has been received.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

Once a pre-order has been confirmed and payment has been made, cancellations due to change of mind are not accepted.

If Molla Milan is unable to fulfil the order, customers will be informed of the available options, including a refund where applicable.

All refunds and cancellations remain subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

5. Exchange & Return

Pre-order items are subject to Molla Milan’s Exchange & Refund Policy. Exchanges or refunds due to change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference are not accepted.

Verified defective or incorrect items will be handled in accordance with our policy and applicable consumer protection laws.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Pre-order items will be shipped once they are available and ready for dispatch. If your order contains both ready-stock and pre-order items, the order may be shipped together unless otherwise stated.

Any additional shipping arrangements will be communicated to customers where necessary.
